The 10,100-foot summit at Heavenly Ski Resort is the highest
in the Lake Tahoe area and provides a spectacular panoramic
view. Receiving 20-plus feet of snowfall a year makes skiing
fantastic. Heavenly Ski Resort also offers top-name
entertainment, nightclub dancing, casino gambling and award-winning
dining and lodging along with a state-of-the-art day care
center, which is located in the California Lodge and provides
care for infants and toddlers. Heavenly also began offering
the Perfect Kids Children's Center, which is also located
in the California Lodge.

Northstar at Tahoe has the latest snow toys including snow
scoots, ski bikes, ski foxes and the Zorb, a 10-foot clear
plastic sphere that will give you the snow-thrill ride of
your life. The park also contains a half pipe, snow tubing
and snowshoeing. Northstar's lesson program for children
ages 5-12, is located at a 5,000 square foot facility located
near the Lodge at Big Springs. Parents can team up sharing
lift ticket and babysitting duties with the Parents Predicament
interchangeable lift ticket.

is not a typical ski area. You drive your car to the
top of the mountain and without waiting, ski right down
to the foot of the slopes. They have one of the best beginner
areas in the industry, which is set aside from the intermediate
and more advanced terrain.
